MEET SIMONE MARY (E-RYT 500+)
Yoga Mentor. Womb Wisdom Woman. Aerialist in training. Becoming sovereign.
Simone Mary is a multi-passionate Womb Woman who works mainly with women (and the brave men) who feel that the way they have been taught about health and healing is no longer serving them.
With an element of joy and play woven through her work, her classes are deeply intentional without feeling heavy.
She teaches yoga as an embodied, lived experience rather than a sequence of poses. Her work invites people back into their bodies, into rhythm with the earth and the elements, and into a more honest relationship with themselves.
Simone is also a qualified Wombs Doula, Hypnobirthing Educator, and Aerial Yoga practitioner. She also has a BCom Degree.
Her teaching is an intuitive blend of strength, softness, and deep listening. Movement is breath-led, fluid, and nourishing, creating space for people to reconnect with the intelligence of their bodies and build trust in their own inner wisdom.
Rooted in somatic awareness, nervous system support, and womb wisdom, her classes are both grounding and expansive. She creates spaces where you can meet yourself with curiosity and compassion, while building strength, balance, and resilience in a supportive and connected way.
What began as professional training became a re-education of everything she thought mattered.
Through her practice, Simone experienced real healing and transformation. She began to break through old patterns, shift long-held beliefs, and turn inward for answers instead of constantly searching outside herself.
She learned how to soften, how to listen, and how to live in deeper alignment with her body, the earth, and the elements.
This path continues to unfold.
The practice of yoga is a continuous journey of self-discovery, a gradual unfolding of truth.
This is the path she walks.
And this is the path she shares.
"I learned what it means to sink into myself and truly relax.
I learned how to live in deeper alignment with my body, the earth, and the elements.
I don’t always get it right.
The path of yoga is a continuous journey of self-discovery, an ongoing excavation of layer upon layer of what we once believed to be true."
